Orders and Exchange
What if I’m not satisfied?
SERIOUSLY?! You’re not satisfied? Excuse our surprise. We try hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied and if you find yourself in that rare situation where our product does not meet your satisfaction then contact our customer service team (info@bijanoptical.com) and we’ll provide you with the instructions to start the process of an exchange.
Exchanging glasses or sunglasses
An exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery. To cover the cost of shipping $25.99 will be charged. Once we have received the returned product, we will begin the exchange process. An exchange can be initiated within 30 days of delivery. For all exchanges we require that glasses and sunglasses be returned in their complementary cases and in new condition. Once we have received the returned product, we will begin the exchange process.
Contact Lenses:
We accept exchanges for sealed, unopened, and unmarked boxes of contact lenses within 14 days of delivery. To cover the cost of shipping $25.99 will be deducted from your card. Once we have received the returned product, we will begin the exchange process.
You will be notified via email when your exchange has been processed and when the exchange has been completed.
